What You'll Do

• Assist technicians, service advisors, and customers with parts inquiries and recommendations

• Accurately source, quote, and order parts in a timely manner

• Manage inventory and ensure stock levels meet business demands

• Maintain organized inventory records and support inventory counts

• Build strong relationships with customers through knowledgeable and professional service

• Work closely with the service department to ensure efficient repairs and customer satisfaction

What You Bring

• Previous experience in a dealership or aftermarket parts department is preferred

• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and inventory processes

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy when ordering parts

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

• A positive, team first attitude and willingness to support those around you
