What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers, understand their concerns, and recommend appropriate maintenance and repairs.

• Explain service recommendations, estimates, and timelines clearly so customers can make informed decisions.

• Work closely with technicians to keep repairs moving and customers updated.

• Manage appointments, repair orders, and follow-ups with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Build lasting customer relationships through reliable communication and follow-through.

What You Bring

• Experience in automotive service, customer service, or sales.

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
