Conduct field investigations and site reviews to assess building conditions and verify compliance with design specifications and performance requirements.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, engineers, suppliers, and other design professionals to develop coordinated and effective project solutions.
Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of technical standards, procedures, and internal best practices.

Project Management & Delivery

Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and external consultants to ensure projects progress efficiently.
Monitor project financial performance, including timely invoicing, outstanding receivables, and overall project profitability.
Identify opportunities to improve project delivery, streamline processes, reduce waste, and enhance service quality.
Ensure compliance with applicable health and safety requirements and company policies.

Client Relationships & Business Development

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by delivering responsive, practical, and technically sound solutions.
Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and develop new business.
Contribute to proposals, project pursuits, and business development initiatives.
Participate in industry events and professional activities to strengthen the firm's technical reputation and market presence.
Work closely with senior management to identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to project coordinators and junior technical staff.
Support knowledge-sharing, professional development, and consistent technical quality across project teams.
Delegate responsibilities effectively while maintaining oversight of project objectives and deliverables.
Foster a collaborative, solutions-oriented environment that encourages initiative, accountability, and innovation.
Contribute to broader team objectives and undertake additional responsibilities aligned with the role.
