We’re the highest-rated EHS platform on Gartner-owned Capterra, empowering field teams and safety leaders to replace paperwork, boost compliance, and drive real-time visibility where it matters most.

SiteDocs is part of the Nemetschek Group - a publicly traded European software company with a multi-billion-euro market capitalisation. The group brings together more than 15 specialised brands, including GoCanvas, Bluebeam, FirmusAI, Nevaris, AllPlan, VectorWorks, and SpaceWell, serving customers across the full AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction & Operations) spectrum. Together, we’re shaping a smarter, safer, and more sustainable built world.

Position Overview:

As an Analystics Engineer I, you will entail collaborating with multiple teams across the organization to evaluate our customer’s data needs, design data models, and produce effective data visualizations to enable data-driven decision making. Design and develop data models that translate customer and business requirements into scalable, reusable structures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate customer data needs and recommend effective solutions.
Produce clear, effective data visualizations and dashboards using BI platforms to enable data-driven decision making.
Translate loosely-defined business requirements into executable action plans and technical specifications.
Contribute to and help evolve analytics best practices, standards, and documentation.
Mentor and support fellow team members, serving as a knowledgeable resource for the broader organization.

What You Bring:

1-3 years of SQL experience, including writing and optimizing complex queries
1-3 years of ETL/ELT development experience
1-3 years of data modeling experience
Experience with BI data visualization tools (e.g., Domo, Sisense, Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy, Looker)
Familiarity with transformation frameworks such as dbt
Experience with cloud data warehouse platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
Working knowledge of Python or another scripting language for data transformation
Experience with version control tools such as Git
Understanding of data quality, testing, and validation practices
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Strong mentoring and collaboration skills

Our success is rooted in a wonderfully wholesome culture, best defined by our four overarching values:

Authentic Relationships - People are never a means to an end.

Continuous Learning - Test every assumption and never stay stagnant.
