Monitor and maintain a comprehensive set of reports to identify delinquency, charge off, and cash collection performance and trends at the vintage and segment levels. Apply observations to loss forecasting models to capture current trends and communicate to leadership to identify risks and opportunities to the forecast.
Conduct sensitivity and scenario analyses to understand the impact of exogenous factors, policy and operational changes on delinquency and charge off levels.
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that enable leaders to make informed decisions quickly and effectively.

What experience do you have?

Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.
Communicate complex information and concepts in understandable terms, tailoring messages and content to the intended audience.
Ability to adapt to an evolving environment with shifting priorities and the capacity to handle multiple competing demands within tight timelines.
Experience building dashboards, performance reporting, and data visualizations that support business decision making.

We offer a Flexible Work Program that provides you the ability to work three days onsite per week, from our Mississauga office.
