A Day In The Life Of a Delivery Specialist

Build superior customer sales experiences by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email
Support retail operations by supporting the merchandising and maintenance of the store
Deliver best in class service when delivering our products to customers’ homes
General maintenance on the truck and around the store daily
Providing exceptional customer service throughout the moving process + addressing customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction
Coordinate and finalizing paperwork with customers onsite

What We Are Looking For

Full class driver’s license with a driver’s abstract in good standing
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and move large home goods
Excellent communicator who is people and results-oriented looking to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction
Some experience in a customer-facing environment
Ability to multitask and work efficiently
Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, driving history)

We are offering $20.00 - $22.00/hour CAD for this role, plus the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses.

Responsibilities

Create positive customer experiences and support sales through in-person, phone, and email interactions, while assisting with store merchandising and maintenance. Deliver home goods, maintain the truck, address customer concerns, and complete delivery paperwork with customers.

Requirements

Candidates must have a full-class driver’s license with a good driving abstract, be able to lift more than 50 pounds, and have some customer-facing experience. Strong communication, multitasking, and sales-oriented customer service skills are expected, along with successful criminal, employment, driving-history, and credit checks.
