Working knowledge of business continuity planning, business impact analysis, disaster recovery, risk assessment, incident management, and physical security principles.
Experience coordinating assessments, testing exercises, action plans, reporting, and stakeholder engagement across business and technology teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and identify practical solutions to complex challenges.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Power BI, workflow automation tools, and other technology platforms used to support resilience and operational programs.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships, facilitate discussions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
