About GOFO Express

GOFO Express is a tech-driven last-mile logistics company serving cross-border e-commerce and local customers across North America. As our Canadian business grows, we are strengthening our finance operations, treasury management and internal controls. We are hiring a Finance Supervisor to own day-to-day finance operations for our Canadian entity, working closely with our business teams and external advisors.

Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 CAD per year, based on experience

What You'll Do

Expense Management & Finance Operations

Manage corporate credit cards and employee expense reimbursements; review supporting documents and follow up on exceptions

Complete monthly credit card reconciliations and expense analysis; maintain accurate, auditable finance records

Accounting & Treasury

Reconcile and track Canadian entity and intercompany balances; support month-end and year-end close

Support Canadian bank account management, payments and settlements; perform payment reviews and internal controls

Support reconciliations for leases, deposits and other operational items

Tax Compliance & Audit Support

Maintain registrations, filing calendars and compliance records for the Canadian entity and multi-province operations

Work with our internal tax team and external advisors to prepare GST/HST, T4A and provincial tax filings; verify amounts and payment status

Prepare annual and ad hoc audit materials; follow up on audit queries and remediation

Process Improvement & Collaboration

Build and maintain process documentation for expenses, payments and reconciliations; identify risks and drive improvements

Partner with Canadian operations, procurement, HR and HQ finance teams to support business growth and finance projects

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or a related field

5-8 years of experience in finance operations, accounts payable, expense management, accounting or audit support

Working knowledge of Canadian accounting and tax practice (e.g., GST/HST, T4A, annual audits)

Strong understanding of finance processes and internal controls; able to independently handle reconciliations and cross-team follow-ups

Proficient in Excel and common finance systems; QuickBooks or similar experience is an asset

Professional working proficiency in English and Mandarin (daily collaboration with our HQ finance team)

Detail-oriented, with strong execution, time management and coordination skills

Experience with provincial tax, multi-province operations, logistics or cross-border e-commerce is an asset

Legally eligible to work in Canada
