Health, Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with WorkSafeBC, security licensing, employment standards and applicable safety requirements. Oversee incident investigations, training, documentation and corrective actions.
Contract & Risk Management: Monitor contract performance, profitability, service levels and renewals; identify commercial and operational risks, manage scope changes and support contract renegotiations.
Strategic Planning & Continuous Improvement: Translate executive priorities into operational plans, improve processes, productivity and technology use, and strengthen organizational capacity to support growth.
Executive Reporting: Provide regular financial and operational reporting to the CEO, covering budgets, profitability, labour costs, AR, business development, client retention, staffing, safety and key performance indicators.
