Maintain and update corporate websites, ensuring content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with brand standards.
Coordinate the planning, scheduling, and publishing of social media content.
Create and edit presentations, email communications, digital marketing assets, and other promotional materials.
Monitor digital engagement and coordinate responses or escalate inquiries as appropriate.

Project, Event & Vendor Coordination

Coordinate marketing projects, timelines, deliverables, and documentation across multiple initiatives.
Maintain marketing calendars, asset libraries, and project records.
Liaise with internal creative teams and external vendors to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Coordinate trade shows, sponsorships, corporate events, and product launches to maximize brand visibility and lead generation.
Support vendor management and procurement of marketing materials while ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in marketing or communications.
Bilingual proficiency in English and French is required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with website content management systems, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office.
Experience with email marketing platforms, analytics tools, and graphic design software is considered an asset.
Able to travel across Western Canada 10-15% of the time.
