Facilitate internal kickoff meetings with Installation teams to ensure alignment on scope, schedule, and execution strategy.
Act as the primary liaison between owners, contractors, and internal installation teams to ensure clear communication around schedule, issue resolution and resource planning.
Manage subcontractor scope, performance, and costs to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Identify, escalate, and resolve project risks, obstacles, and contractual challenges in a timely and collaborative manner.
Prepare, review, and submit all required project documentation, ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
