Senior Manager, Finance Operations

We’re partnering with a successful, growing organization in Abbotsford to recruit a Senior Manager, Finance Transformation. Reporting to the CFO, this is a unique opportunity combining Finance transformation, controllership, treasury and business partnership.
The Opportunity
- Lead Finance process improvement, automation and technology initiatives.
- Modernize manual Finance processes and improve systems, reporting and controls.
- Provide controllership leadership for two growing subsidiaries, including month-end close and financial reporting.
- Lead and develop one Accountant/Bookkeeper.
- Oversee treasury, FX, cash-flow forecasting and corporate insurance.
- Partner closely with the CFO, Controller, IT and operational leaders.
What We're Looking For
- CPA designation required.
- 5–7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
- Controllership or senior accounting management experience.
- Proven Finance transformation/process improvement and technology implementation experience.
- Strong accounting, systems and analytical capabilities.
- Experience with automation, ERP, BI or AI-enabled Finance tools is an asset.
- Collaborative, personable leader who can operate comfortably at both the strategic and hands-on level.
- Manufacturing/distribution experience is an asset.
