Insurance Advisor

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated, personable Insurance Advisor to join our team in Strathroy. This is a full-time, in-office position - perfect for someone who thrives in a friendly, member-focused environment and wants to contribute to a well-established local business.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide excellent customer service to new and existing members

· Process policy renewals, endorsements, and billing inquiries

· Quote and sell personal and/or commercial insurance products

· Maintain accurate and organized records

· Work collaboratively with our small team to support member retention and growth

Qualifications:

Mandatory:

· High school diploma

· Willing to obtain OTL Licence or convert from RIBO within three months

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

· Proficient with computers and basic office software

Preferred:

· Valid OTL or RIBO licence

· Post-secondary certificate or diploma in Business or Insurance

· Previous experience in an insurance agency or related field

· Familiarity with The Town of Strathroy and the surrounding community
