Election Campaigns

Build long-term capacity: Coach local riding teams to build capacity with the goal to win. Lead training and provide support to CAs and key ridings with elections related activities such as candidate nominations, Elections Ontario requirements, election readiness, running and winning campaigns.

Support campaign tech rollout: Support election campaign tech training for staff and provincial volunteers.
Ensure full compliance: Make sure candidates and CAs understand and follow both GPO and Elections Ontario rules and financial reporting requirements.
Coordinate Leader tours: Partner across departments to plan strategic tour stops for the Party Leaders both on and off the campaign trail.

Grow the Movement

Recruit top candidates: Guide the organizing team’s strategy to find and recruit quality candidates.
Mobilize our base: Use data and organizing best practices to recruit and engage volunteers, donors, members, and voters across the province.
