Type: Full time
Start Date: January 2027
Salary: $85,000

The Organizing Director guides the Organizing Team in developing, executing, and tracking department workplans that align with the Green Party of Ontario’s strategic goals.

This role is central to expanding our volunteer and voter base and building campaign skills across the province with the ultimate aim of electing more Green MPPs in the next General Election.

Collaborating closely with the Organizing team, senior staff, the Leader(s), and other departments, the Organizing Director ensures that Organizing, election and issue campaign efforts are coordinated, data-informed, and mission-driven.

Support campaign tech rollout: Support election campaign tech training for staff and provincial volunteers.
Ensure full compliance: Make sure candidates and CAs understand and follow both GPO and Elections Ontario rules and financial reporting requirements.

Grow the Movement

Recruit top candidates: Guide the organizing team’s strategy to find and recruit quality candidates.
Mobilize our base: Use data and organizing best practices to recruit and engage volunteers, donors, members, and voters across the province.
