  • Technical and commercial knowledge of Google Ads solutions, with a specialized focus on Video and Display growth drivers.
  • Track record of leading high-stakes operational initiatives from conception to execution in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

About the job:

Within Go-To-Market (GTM), the Americas Deals and GMP Commercials GTM team manages high-impact deal programs across the Americas, playing a critical role in shaping Google’s business. These programs include the Video Incentive Program (VIP), Media Trials Program (MTP), and Media Readiness Program (MRP).

As a key member of this team, you’ll support our Americas GTM team and sales experts across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America. You'll serve as the expert for our deal programs. You’ll collaborate with sales teams and other teams like Finance, Compliance, and Legal to prioritize needs, design new initiatives, and execute projects that keep the programs running efficiently.

As the Commercials and Incentives Lead, Americas, you will be the strategic architect behind our regional commercial programs and deal incentive structures. In this role, you will bridge the gap between high-level commercial outlook and on-the-ground operational execution, designing competitive program frameworks that accelerate deal velocity, maximize revenue, and align commercial behavior with overarching business objectives.

You will act as the go-to regional authority on commercial deal flow, partnering closely with Sales Leadership, Global Product Leads, Finance, Legal and Compliance. If you grow at the intersection of commercial strategy, product influence, operational governance, and executive storytelling, this role offers an exceptional platform to shape our growth across the Americas.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

  • Partner proactively with Global Product Leads (GPLs) to shape the evolution of video and display incentive features. Represent the Americas market, identifying regional gaps and translating revenue opportunities into concrete roadmap inputs.
  • Build and oversee a robust operational cadence for the Americas deal portfolio. Define Key Performance indicators (KPIs), establish milestone tracking mechanisms, and lead executive business reviews to guarantee program consistency and sustained revenue impact.
