Position Overview

The successful applicants will be responsible for ensuring pallet set-up in all environments, organizing, removing and maintaining pallets to ensure a clean and orderly warehouse. Hours of work may be subject to change.

Schedule: 5 X 8 | Monday to Friday | 7:00 PM start

• Starting rate of $24.36, with potential to go to a top rate of $28.88 per hour after completing 24 months
• Additional custodial bonus of $1.50
• Night Differential - $1.25
• Cooler Differential - $0.50
• Freezer Differential - $1.25

Duties & Responsibilities

• Pull all pallets from aisles and from pallet storage stacks
• Load pallets stackers throughout the Warehouse using a dock stocker or Hilo Machine
• Clean and organize pallets in aisles/docks
• Occasional custodial duties as required
• Will be required to sort and organize milk crates and ensure selectors have them in designated areas
• Load pallet trailers throughout the night with extra pallets
• Other duties as requested by leadership
  
  

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Ability to work in all environments (cooler/dry/freezer) required
• Ability to work independently as well as assist team members when necessary
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Forklift experience is an asset
