Our product focuses on what superfans are dying to answer… Role Overview We're seeking a Quantitative Trader to design, price, and manage markets focused on entertainment, music, social media, and pop culture. This isn’t traditional sports trading - it's cultural signal trading. You'll apply probability theory, data modeling, and quick decision-making to an unpredictable landscape. What You'll Do Price and manage live prediction markets related to entertainment and pop culture Build and calibrate models using real-world data such as social engagement, streaming charts, polls, and more Run simulations to test payout structures, expected value, and margin performance Monitor liability and exposure; make real-time adjustments Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Operations teams on automation and market settlement Track live events and viral trends to anticipate market movements Develop automation tools for pricing and create exposure dashboards Test and refine new market types and pricing methods What You Bring 3+ years of experience in prediction trading, pricing, or quantitative modeling Strong skills in Python and SQL Deep understanding of probability, expected value, and market mechanics Ability to make quick decisions under pressure Passion for quantitative analysis and pop culture Clear communicator across technical and non-technical teams Experience with sports or entertainment market operations Bonus Points Experience in prediction markets or DFS Skills in building dashboards or automation tools Curiosity about virality economics Why Join Us Meaningful equity as an early team member, providing a direct stake in our future success and a chance to build significant wealth as we scale.
