Broker Group Inc.) is an Atlantic Canadian insurance brokerage offering a full range of coverage, including home, auto, business, life, health, and disability insurance. The organization is dedicated to protecting clients by providing clear information and making insurance decisions straightforward. Customers can connect through the website, by phone, or in person at one of 18 locations, ensuring flexible and convenient service. Role Description This is a full-time Account Manager role based in Grand Falls, NB, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work from home. The Account Manager will manage a portfolio of personal and commercial insurance clients, providing advice, coverage recommendations, and ongoing policy service. Daily responsibilities include responding to client inquiries, processing policy changes, preparing quotes, and coordinating renewals and new business. The role involves liaising with insurance carriers to secure suitable coverage and pricing, resolving client concerns, and ensuring accurate documentation in brokerage systems. The Account Manager will also contribute to client retention and growth by identifying cross-selling opportunities and maintaining strong, professional relationships.

Strong customer service and client relationship skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in person, by phone, and in writing.
Experience in insurance, financial services, or a related field, with knowledge of personal and/or commercial lines considered an asset.
Proficiency with office software, brokerage management systems, and online tools, with accurate data entry and documentation skills.
Solid organizational and time management abilities, including prioritizing tasks, managing multiple client requests, and meeting deadlines.
Attention to detail and sound judgment in reviewing policies, coverage options, and client information.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborating with team members on-site and remotely.
Relevant licensing or eligibility to obtain appropriate insurance licenses in New Brunswick.
Post-secondary education in business, finance, or a related discipline is an asset.
Proficiency in English; bilingual abilities in French and English are considered an advantage in serving regional clients.
