Daily responsibilities include responding to client inquiries, processing policy changes, preparing quotes, and coordinating renewals and new business. The role involves liaising with insurance carriers to secure suitable coverage and pricing, resolving client concerns, and ensuring accurate documentation in brokerage systems. Experience in insurance, financial services, or a related field, with knowledge of personal and/or commercial lines considered an asset.
Proficiency with office software, brokerage management systems, and online tools, with accurate data entry and documentation skills.
Solid organizational and time management abilities, including prioritizing tasks, managing multiple client requests, and meeting deadlines.
Attention to detail and sound judgment in reviewing policies, coverage options, and client information.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborating with team members on-site and remotely.
Relevant licensing or eligibility to obtain appropriate insurance licenses in New Brunswick.
Post-secondary education in business, finance, or a related discipline is an asset.
Proficiency in English; bilingual abilities in French and English are considered an advantage in serving regional clients.
