What You'll Do

As the Team Lead, you will:

  • Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, development, and work direction to employees responsible for talent operations, program delivery, reporting, research, administration, and stakeholder support, fostering accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Establish clear work expectations, service standards, priorities, and operational objectives aligned with Talent Management goals.
  • Coordinate team workload planning and resource deployment, manage operational risks, and monitor delivery performance to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and service quality.
  • Apply and support compliance with established governance, privacy, information management, and data stewardship requirements.
  • Support the development and lead the operational delivery and continuous improvement of talent reporting, workforce insights, key talent metrics, and performance indicators.
  • Identify and contribute to opportunities to improve talent management programs through streamlined processes, practical tools, and responsive service delivery.
  • Work with Senior Talent Management Consultants and other partners to translate workforce and program data into practical insights for leaders, HR partners, and stakeholders.
  • Lead the operational implementation and coordination of ETMP, including the end-to-end delivery of processes, assessments, materials, reporting, and executive talent reviews.
  • Translate approved enterprise talent strategies, frameworks, and program designs into coordinated operational plans and implementation activities, ensuring alignment across broader talent programs and services.
  • Provide operational and implementation-focused advice and contribute analysis and insights to leaders, HR partners, and stakeholders on talent management programs, processes, reporting, and requirements.
  • Anticipate operational risks, implementation challenges, and stakeholder concerns; develop practical solutions; and support or represent Talent Management, as appropriate, on cross-functional and enterprise initiatives.
