What will you be doing?
The Quality Assurance Analyst will play a key role in ensuring the quality, stability, and reliability of applications. You will work closely with development, business, and support teams to provide quality assurance services. You will also actively participate in requirement reviews to identify potential defects early in the development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Lead test planning and execution for projects in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Perform manual testing, including functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
- Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using (Ex.) Selenium and Cucumber for web and API testing.
- Ensure 100% test coverage by creating, executing, and maintaining comprehensive test cases for both manual and automated testing.
- Participate in requirement reviews to identify potential defects and ambiguities early in the project lifecycle.
- Assist with production issues by reproducing and validating reported defects and completing fix validation testing before release.
- Conduct bug triaging, working closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to prioritize and resolve issues.
- Create, organize, and maintain test cases using HP Quality Center, Azure Test Plans or Zephyr Scale within Jira, ensuring full requirement traceability and structured execution cycles.
- Utilize Jira or Azure DevOps for user story and defect management, sprint tracking, reporting and cross-functional collaboration.
- Identify, log, track, and validate defects while working proactively with development teams to resolve issues.
- Execute testing activities in preparation for project releases and upgrades.
- Participate in change management reviews and approvals.
- Adhere to QA policies, procedures, and SNB methodologies to ensure software quality.
- Attend team status meetings and working group meetings as required.
- Work closely with the Quality Assurance team, Project leads, and Business leads to meet project deadlines.

What do you need to be successful?
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- A university degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
- At least 4 years of QA testing experience in software development environment. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.
Written and spoken competence in English is required. Please state your language capability.

What qualifications can set you apart from other candidates?
ASSET QUALIFICATIONS: Preference may be given to candidates who demonstrate they have training or experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Experience as a QA Test Lead
- Experience in data confidentiality and client privacy as it pertains to application design and development.
- Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) in a QA environment.
- Experience with HP Quality Center, Azure Test Plans or similar testing tools.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and best practices.
- Experience with Azure DevOps for test case management and defect tracking.
- Experience with Selenium and Cucumber or similar tools for test automation.
- Experience with Jira or Azure Boards for user story and bug management and sprint tracking
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman.
- Experience with performance testing and tools like LoadRunner and/or Jmeter.
- Experience with the Salesforce platform and related modules (such as Health Cloud and Community Cloud).
- Experience working with Health Care and Electronic Health Records applications.
- Completion of a Quality Assurance certification (e.g., ISTQB). Please provide proof of relevant certifications.

OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Some weekday evenings and weekend work hours may be required.
- Candidates will be required to undergo Criminal History Clearance prior to appointment.

Salary: $59,644 - $83,408 annually – Pay Band 4 - Management and Non-Union Pay Plan
