The Opportunity:

Responsibilities

Prepare, format, proofread, and process documents, correspondence, and reports.
Maintain organized electronic and paper files; update, retrieve, and archive records according to procedures.
Enter, update, and verify data in databases, spreadsheets, and ministry systems.
Produce routine reports and summaries to support program operations.
Respond to phone, email, and in‑person inquiries; provide information or direct clients to appropriate staff.
Process administrative transactions, applications, and financial documents such as invoices, payments, receipts, and expense reports.
Monitor and code expenditures; assist with basic budget tracking.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and ensure timely document distribution.
Maintain office supplies and equipment; coordinate orders and track inventory.
Schedule and support meetings, events, and staff activities by preparing materials and managing calendars.
Create, update, and organize case files or client information for review by program staff.
Check documents and data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with policies.
Provide basic support for office software and equipment troubleshooting.
Maintain confidentiality, adhere to records-management standards, and work collaboratively to support efficient, client-focused office operations.
