The infrastructure for Regen Bristol I is moving full steam ahead. We offer the facility, the strategic roadmap, and the market interest is real. Now we are looking for the right Lead Operations Partner to own the production and share in the success of this regenerative agribusiness, starting before the end of 2026.

The Opportunity: Turnkey Infrastructure & High Growth

To start, we are retrofitting a high-tech, bio-secure facility in Western Quebec, specifically designed for year-round gourmet production (Shiitake, Oyster, Lion’s Mane and more). As the Lead Operator, you aren't just an employee, you are an independent business owner with a clear path to asset ownership.

The Potential & Revenue Projections:

• Target Production: Our facility is optimized for an production capacity supporting $120,000 in annual revenues just from the indoor mushroom production, and up to $700,000 in various revenue streams from the farm, events and ecotourism.
• Revenue Diversification: Beyond mushrooms, the partnership includes immediate revenue opportunities on year 1 and 2 from other crops such as honey and garlic production to support the farm’s early-stage cash flow.
• Ownership Path: After 30 months of successful operation, you have the formal option to acquire up to 50% equity ownership of the building and fixed assets.

What We’ve Built for You:

• Strategic Mentoring: You’ll have direct access to GPEKS Constructions Inc. for expertise in climate control efficiency, market distribution, and brand positioning.
• Logistical Support: To get you started, we will include in our offer access to Company EVs (such as VW ID.4 Pro Statement AWD or Electric Ford F150 ) for deliveries and an Operational Line of Credit (up to $6,000) to manage early-stage working capital.
• On-Site Living: We provide On-Site Operational Housing to ensure you can oversee technical systems without the commute.
