What you'll do:
You are a key player on the IT team, you will help administer, secure, and improve the systems that power GraceMed’s clinics and corporate operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment, including Entra ID (user, group, and access management, conditional access), Intune (device enrollement, compliance and configuration policies), Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Monitor, manage, and respond to alerts from the EDR platform: investigate and remediate endpoint security incidents and escalate as required.
- Use the RMM platform to monitor endpoints, deploy patches and software, run scripts, and perform remote maintenance.
- Manage incoming requests and incidents through the ticketing system, prioritizing impact and SLA, documenting resolutions, and escalating complex issues.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and support network infrastructure across multiple locations, including WAN/LAN connectivity, firewalls, switches, wireless access point, VPN, and remote access solutions.
- Support EMR system administration, upgrades, and integrations.
- Provide support to end users on EMR systems.
- Provide remote and on-site support to end users across clinic locations, including onboarding and offboarding of staff and devices.
- Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets and plan hardware and software lifecycle upgrades and replacements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles.
- Support the Project Manager on IT projects such as system migrations and upgrades by completing assigned technical tasks, providing status updates, and documenting outcomes.
- Manage end-to-end vendor relationships, contracts, performance tracking, and risk mitigation to optimize service quality and cost efficiency.

Experience (one of the following):
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in system administrator, network administrator, or other IT administrator roles, OR
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical support or helpdesk role.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Hands-on Microsoft 365 administration experience, including Intune, Entra ID, and SharePoint.
- Experience working with an EDR platform.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN, firewalls, switches, and wireless.
- Advanced experience with RMM tools.
- Experience working within a ticketing system.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel between locations.
Nice to Have:
- Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Scripting experience (PowerShell)
- Experience with EMR systems or in a healthcare environment.
- Experience in a growing or multi-location organization.
Work Model:
This is a hybrid position based in Oakville, Ontario. On-site presence at clinic locations is required for hardware work, site visits, projects, and user support as business needs require.
