Graham is actively recruiting for a Commissioning Coordinator supporting the Water and Wastewater Infrastructure. Reporting to the Senior Commissioning Specialist, the Commissioning Coordinator coordinates commissioning activities, documentation, testing, reporting, training, and turnover from construction completion through operational handover, ensuring safe, efficient, and systematic execution aligned with project schedules, quality requirements, and operational readiness goals.

Graham is actively recruiting for a Commissioning Coordinator supporting the Water and Wastewater Infrastructure. Reporting to the Senior Commissioning Specialist, the Commissioning Coordinator coordinates commissioning activities, documentation, testing, reporting, training, and turnover from construction completion through operational handover, ensuring safe, efficient, and systematic execution aligned with project schedules, quality requirements, and operational readiness goals.
Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site
- Coordinate commissioning activities from construction completion through system startup, testing, training, and turnover
- Support the development and execution of commissioning plans, procedures, and test documentation
- Maintain commissioning schedules, tracking tools, records, and turnover documentation
- Collaborate with project teams, clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure commissioning readiness and successful delivery
- Coordinate system inspections, walkthroughs, and functional testing to verify performance and support operational handover
- Education: Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering, Construction Management, Instrumentation Engineering Technology, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in construction, project coordination, operations, quality, controls, or commissioning, preferably within water/wastewater or industrial projects
- Skills: Strong technical and organizational skills with the ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications, maintain project documentation, and effectively coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required

Responsibilities
Coordinate commissioning from construction completion through startup, testing, training, and operational turnover. Maintain commissioning plans, schedules, records, and documentation while coordinating inspections and functional testing with project teams, clients, contractors, and vendors.
Requirements
A degree in a relevant engineering discipline, construction management, instrumentation engineering technology, or a related field is required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. The role calls for 2–5 years of relevant experience, strong technical and organizational skills, the ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
