Your Impact Starts Here

Graham is actively recruiting for a Project Coordinator supporting the Infrastructure Division. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting project controls, construction coordination, stakeholder engagement, utility coordination, reporting, and quality management throughout the pre-construction, construction, and closeout phases of medium to large scale infrastructure projects. This position will be working on municipal water and waste water projects within the mechanical scope.

Support project controls: Reviewing and updating project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and productivity metrics while monitoring the effective allocation of labour, equipment, materials, and subcontractor resources
Coordinate construction activities: Tracking progress against project schedules, identifying critical path activities, and ensuring alignment between field operations, utility stakeholders, subcontractors, and project teams
Manage project costs: Monitoring labour, equipment, material, subcontractor, and utility relocation costs, while supporting forecasting, cost reporting, and accrual reviews with the Project Manager
Coordinate utility and stakeholder activities: By supporting utility locates, relocation planning, corridor access requirements, permits, and coordination with municipalities, clients, consultants, and third-party stakeholders
Prepare and maintain project documentation: Documenting meeting minutes, RFIs, submittals, drawings, revisions, contract correspondence, site instructions, and change orders
Lead safety, quality, and reporting processes: Supporting the Project Specific Safety Plan (PSSP), ensuring compliance with the Project Specific Quality Plan (PSQP), monitoring project KPIs, managing NCRs, and providing regular progress reporting to project stakeholders
