Your Impact Starts Here
Graham is actively recruiting for a Project Coordinator to support the Mechanical and Electrical scopes within our Water/Wastewater Division. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager and initially supporting a mid-sized pumping station project, this role is integral to coordinating, scheduling, quantity surveying, reporting, and quality control throughout all phases of construction.
With a focus on mechanical and electrical scopes, the Project Coordinator will bring strong M&E construction experience and work closely with senior project staff and key subcontractors to support efficient project execution. This role also offers an opportunity for continued growth within Graham’s Water/Wastewater portfolio while gaining hands-on experience coordinating complex mechanical and electrical activities
Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site

- Oversee Change Management: Monitor change processes, identify and track change events, and prepare documentation for review
- Ensure Safety & Quality Compliance: Implement and monitor the Project Specific Safety Plan (PSSP) and Quality Plan (PSQP), including KPIs and NCRs
- Education: Technical Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering/Technology, Construction Management, or a related field; equivalent mechanical/electrical construction education and experience will also be considered.
- Skills: Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical construction processes, with proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management/scheduling software; strong coordination and documentation skills.
- Experience: Minimum 4+ years of construction experience, preferably in a general contracting environment, with demonstrated experience coordinating mechanical and/or electrical scopes of work
- Salary Range $80,000 to $95,000 per annum
