Original job description

Build What Matters

At Graham, one of North America’s largest general contractors, we don’t just maintain assets, we extend their life and maximize their value. As part of our Services Division, you’ll contribute to critical work across the region, supporting sectors such as oil and gas, petrochemical, renewable energy, power, mining, forestry, underground, heavy construction, maintenance, turnarounds, and sustaining capital.

Here, your work has purpose. Your safety and growth are supported. And your impact is lasting.

Join a team that builds with commitment, reliability, and integrity. Apply today and help us build what matters.

Your Impact Starts Here

Graham is actively recruiting for a Subcontractor Coordinator supporting the Services Division. Reporting to the Supply Chain Management Lead the Subcontractor Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the successful administration of subcontractors by coordinating onboarding, procure-to-pay activities, documentation, reporting, and day-to-day subcontract requirements.

Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site

Coordinate subcontractor onboarding, mobilization, and compliance requirements, ensuring documentation is complete, current, and accurate
Support procure-to-pay activities by reconciling purchase orders, receipts, invoices, approvals, and supporting documentation
Monitor subcontract and purchase order commitments, identifying outstanding actions, discrepancies, and potential funding or change requirements
Maintain accurate, audit-ready records and reporting related to subcontract status, commitments, invoices, transactions, and approved changes
Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, HSEQ, and subcontractors to resolve routine issues, track actions to completion, and escalate commercial or compliance exceptions appropriately

The Right Tools for the Job

Education: Post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Construction Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Experience: Experience in project, contract, procurement, finance, document control, or supplier administration; construction or project-based experience and familiarity with P2P, subcontract administration, supplier onboarding, and transaction reconciliation are considered assets
Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and basic Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP or another ERP system, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and ISNetworld is preferred

Lay the Foundation for Your Next Career Move. Apply Today.

At Graham, we’re building more than structures, we’re building futures. Join a team that delivers excellence from the ground up and makes a lasting impact across Canada.

We’re proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and are committed to an inclusive, accessible workplace. Accommodations are available throughout the hiring process when requested. Please contact hiring@jardeg.com for accommodation requests.

Unsolicited resumes or candidate profiles will not be accepted and will become the property of Jardeg/Graham.
