  • Equally comfortable in the field with customers and in strategic business discussions.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
  • Professional maturity, coachability and a genuine receptiveness to constructive feedback
  • Experience coaching, mentoring, or leading others in a sales environment.
  • A proven track record of building relationships, growing business, and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales reporting platforms.
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel regularly throughout the sales territory.
