A track record of influencing team culture, accountability, or operational performance.

A practical, solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
The confidence to work independently and make decisions in a standalone operation.
A genuine interest in developing people and continuously improving how things work.

Nice To Haves

Experience with WMS, RF scanners, Kronos, Roadnet, or similar operational systems

What You'll Do

Lead the building - Own the day-to-day operation and create a safe, productive, and positive environment.
Build accountability - Set clear expectations, coach your team, address challenges, and recognize great performance.
Drive results - Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity, service, and efficiency.
Be hands-on - Spend the majority of your day on the warehouse floor, staying connected to your people and the operation.
Own the details - From inventory and staffing to building maintenance, security, payroll, and operational costs, you'll take ownership of what happens on site.
Partner for success - Work closely with Sales and internal teams to resolve issues and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Facility Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
