Key Accountabilities:
Responsible for the housekeeping and cleaning of building (including kitchens and dining rooms), grounds and racetrack
Clean paddock after live racing and will include duties such as cleaning washrooms, washing floors, hosing, cleaning drains, cleaning horse stalls, salting, shoveling and other duties are required. Sanitizing paddock after racing. Note heavy lifting will apply
Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations
Manage other initiatives as required
Education and Qualification Requirements:
No experience necessary
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Organizational, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
Must be able to work around horses
AGCO Horseperson Occupational License Required

Responsibilities
The EVS Attendant is responsible for the comprehensive cleaning and sanitization of building interiors, grounds, and the racetrack paddock. Duties include floor maintenance, waste removal, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED and be comfortable working around horses. An AGCO Horseperson Occupational License is required for this position.
