Great Canadian Roofing & Siding is looking for a Client Services Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for incoming inquiries and play a key role in coordinating appointments and supporting the sales team. If you're detail-oriented, responsive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!

At Great Canadian Roofing & Siding, we've been serving communities across Edmonton, Calgary, Red Deer, and Saskatchewan since 1997. We're proud to offer competitive compensation, a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, and access to an employee assistance program. With a strong focus on development and internal growth, we're committed to helping our team build meaningful, long-term careers.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CLIENT SERVICES COORDINATOR

As a Client Services Coordinator, you'll be at the center of the sales process, managing incoming inquiries and coordinating appointments for Field Estimators. Your day will include scheduling visits, confirming details with clients, and ensuring all information is accurate and ready for the field team.

You'll work closely with the sales team and internal departments to keep everything organized and moving forward. From updating CRM systems and tracking client interactions to supporting reporting and documentation, your work will help ensure a smooth handoff from sales to production and a positive experience for every client.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent experience.
1-2 years of experience in an administrative, customer service, or coordination role.
Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving abstract.
Experience supporting sales teams, managing appointments, or working with CRM systems is an asset.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and schedules.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM or administrative systems.
Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry and record keeping skills.
Effective communication skills to interact with clients, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
Ability to work independently while supporting overall team objectives.
Experience working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

If you're organized, responsive, and enjoy supporting both clients and teams, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

ARE YOU READY TO JOIN OUR TEAM?

If you believe you're the right fit for this position, please fill out our initial 3-minute, mobile-friendly application. We look forward to meeting you!
