What you bring to the team

To join a Great Clips salon team as an Assistant Salon Manager, you’ll need:

A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
Strong technical haircutting skills and great customer service
A team-first mindset with a desire to encourage and support others
Clear communication skills and a positive, motivating attitude
Organization, flexibility, and the desire to help keep the salon running smoothly
An interest in growing your leadership skills and taking on more responsibility

Responsibilities

The Assistant Salon Manager supports daily salon operations and motivates the team while continuing to perform haircutting services. They are responsible for maintaining salon organization and helping the team succeed through coaching and leadership.

Requirements
