Communicating directly with customers to understand service requirements and provide updates on work being completed.
Keeping the Service Manager informed of job progress, equipment issues, and customer concerns.
Supporting and mentoring junior team members by sharing your technical knowledge and experience.
Maintaining a safe, organized, and professional work environment.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is mechanically strong, customer-focused, dependable, and enjoys working in a hands-on environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment.
Experience with metal cutting, welding, and fabrication.
Previous experience in the agricultural or farming industry is considered an asset.
Experience with electrical systems and/or hydraulic components is an asset.
Ability to confidently use hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
Willingness and ability to mentor and support less experienced employees.
Valid Ontario Class G driver's licence.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

The Work Environment:

Enjoy working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
Comfortable performing physically demanding work.
Comfortable working at heights and following applicable safety procedures.
Available for occasional weekend on-call rotations.
Committed to maintaining high standards of safety, workmanship, productivity, and customer service.
