HVAC Training & Technical Support Manager - Western Canada

Role Description This full-time HVAC Training & Technical Support Manager – Western Canada role at GREE CANADA is a hybrid position based in Western Canada, with a mix of on-site and work-from-home responsibilities.

The role focuses on providing advanced technical support for HVAC products to distributors, contractors, and service partners across Western Canada, including diagnosing issues, guiding resolutions, and escalating complex cases when necessary. The manager will design and deliver technical and product training programs, both in person and virtually, to ensure partners can install, commission, and service systems effectively.

Day-to-day activities include responding to support requests, maintaining documentation of service cases, creating training materials, and collaborating with internal teams on product improvements and customer feedback. The role also involves occasional travel within Western Canada for training sessions, site visits, and relationship-building with key partners.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability in customer-facing support, including Customer Service and Customer Support skills.
• Strong technical capabilities in Technical Support and Troubleshooting for HVAC systems or related technologies.
• Commitment to Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on quality, responsiveness, and continuous improvement.
• Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and installation/service practices; experience with residential and/or commercial equipment is an asset.
• Experience developing and delivering technical training sessions, workshops, or presentations to diverse audiences.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Proven organizational and time-management skills, including managing multiple support cases and training schedules.
• Comfort working in a hybrid environment, with the ability to collaborate on-site in St-Mathieu-de-Beloeil, QC and remotely.
• Relevant technical education (e.g., HVAC technician diploma, engineering technology, or equivalent experience); professional HVAC certifications are an asset.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Western Canada for training and technical support activities.
