Job Title: ERP Program Coordinator

Department: Information Technology / Enterprise Transformation / Finance

Reporting to: ERP Program Manager

Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Full-time - Contract (Contract to the end of December 2027)

Greenfield Global is undergoing a significant enterprise resource planning transformation that will modernize how we work across the business. As part of this journey, we are partnering with multiple third-party vendors and implementation teams, each responsible for different components of the program.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to serve as the central point of coordination across these workstreams. This role will bring together project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, decisions and action items from multiple vendor systems to create one clear, consolidated view of the overall program.

This individual will help keep internal teams and external partners aligned, provide leadership with visibility into progress, and ensure important actions and dependencies do not fall through the cracks. The ideal candidate enjoys bringing order to complexity, works confidently across multiple stakeholder groups, and is motivated by helping teams move work forward.

What You'll Do

Coordinate Project Activities Across Multiple Workstreams

Act as a central coordination point across Dynamics 365 ERP, Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Dycotrade, DynamicWeb, integration initiatives, and related project workstreams.
Help ensure resource activities, milestones, deliverables, and timelines remain aligned across internal teams and external implementation partners.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between project managers, workstream leads, core team, and vendors.

Manage Dependencies, Schedules, and Resource Coordination

Monitor project schedules to identify cross-workstream dependencies, sequencing requirements, resource conflicts, and potential schedule impacts.
Coordinate milestone planning and key project activities across multiple teams and vendors.
Ensure schedule changes, delays, and updates are communicated and reflected across dependent workstreams.
Highlight risks or conflicts that may impact testing, training, data migration, cutover, readiness, or go-live activities.

Support Project Reporting and Governance

Collect, organize, and consolidate status updates, action items, risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies from multiple project teams.
Prepare project reports, dashboards, meeting materials, and other documentation to support project leadership and governance activities.
Maintain project tracking tools, action logs, dependency logs, and related project documentation.

Support Change Management and Production Readiness Activities

Coordinate documentation, status updates, approvals, and follow-up activities required to support Greenfield's internal IT change management and change control processes.
Prepare and maintain documentation required for change reviews, implementation approvals, deployment activities, and production readiness assessments.
Help ensure all required tasks, approvals, testing evidence, implementation documentation, and deployment activities are completed to support the successful promotion of changes into production environments.
Assist project teams in tracking readiness activities and meeting required implementation and deployment milestones.

Improve Project Coordination and Visibility

Support the development of consistent project tracking, reporting, and coordination practices across workstreams.
Identify opportunities to improve communication, organization, and visibility across the ERP Phase 2 program.
Help ensure important commitments, deliverables, and follow-up actions remain visible and do not fall through the cracks.

Salary Range: $100,000–$125,000 CAD

About You

3 to 6 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, project administration, or project management roles.
Experience supporting ERP, technology, business transformation, or multi-workstream projects is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate activities across internal teams, external partners, and multiple stakeholders.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify relationships, dependencies, and potential risks across multiple projects.
Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and communicate it clearly and concisely.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities.

Technical Skills

Highly proficient with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, and related collaboration tools.
Experience maintaining project schedules, action logs, risk registers, issue logs, dependency trackers, and status reporting.
Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, or other ERP implementations is considered an asset.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and PMO practices is considered an asset.
Understanding of IT change management, deployment processes, release management, or production support processes is considered an asset.
CAPM certification or progress toward PMP certification is considered an asset.
