Greenfield is looking for an ERP Program Integrator to join our growing team.

Position Overview:

Greenfield Global is undergoing a significant enterprise resource planning transformation that will modernize how we work across the business. As part of this journey, we are partnering with multiple third-party vendors and implementation teams, each responsible for different components of the program.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to serve as the central point of coordination across these workstreams. This role will bring together project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, decisions and action items from multiple vendor systems to create one clear, consolidated view of the overall program.

This individual will help keep internal teams and external partners aligned, provide leadership with visibility into progress, and ensure important actions and dependencies do not fall through the cracks. The ideal candidate enjoys bringing order to complexity, works confidently across multiple stakeholder groups, and is motivated by helping teams move work forward.

Your Experience Should Include:

3 to 7 years of experience supporting complex projects, ERP implementations, transformation programs, PMO activities or related work.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.

Experience coordinating across internal teams, external vendors and different project workstreams.

Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and turn it into clear plans, dashboards and updates.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the judgment to raise risks and follow up on commitments.

Proficiency with MS Project, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and other project management and collaboration tools.

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle or another ERP platform is considered an asset.

Exposure to project governance, vendor management, RAID logs or integrated project planning is considered an asset.

A CAPM, PMP or other project management credential is considered an asset.

Job Responsibilities:

Create One Integrated Program View

Build and maintain an integrated master project plan that consolidates activities, milestones and deliverables from multiple vendors and internal workstreams.

Translate information from different vendor project management systems into one consistent and easy-to-follow source of truth for the Greenfield team.

Track timelines, decisions, dependencies and upcoming deadlines across the overall ERP program.

Coordinate Vendors and Workstreams

Serve as a central coordination point among external implementation partners, consultants and internal stakeholders.

Collect status updates, action items, project plans, risks and issues from each vendor.

Follow up on outstanding actions, clarify ownership and help maintain accountability across workstreams.

Identify areas where vendor plans, timelines or deliverables may be misaligned.

Support Program Reporting and Governance

Prepare clear program status updates, dashboards and executive summaries highlighting progress, upcoming milestones, risks and decisions required.

Support program and governance meetings by organizing materials, documenting decisions and tracking follow-up actions.

Ensure stakeholders have access to accurate, current and consistent program information.

Track Risks, Issues and Dependencies

Maintain centralized risk, issue, action, decision and dependency logs.

Identify scheduling conflicts, cross-workstream impacts and potential roadblocks.

Escalate concerns to the appropriate program leaders and support the coordination of mitigation activities.

mprove Program Ways of Working

Help establish practical standards, templates and routines for project tracking and reporting.

Recommend improvements that make program information easier to understand and use.

Support broader transformation, change readiness and implementation activities as needed.

You will become the person who connects the dots across Greenfield's ERP transformation. The team will have one reliable view of the program, vendors and internal stakeholders will understand their commitments, and leaders will have clearer visibility into progress, risks, dependencies and upcoming decisions.
