Support the development and measurement of customer retention initiatives.
Partner with Care & Support teams to identify operational improvement opportunities and measure outcomes.

3. Reporting, Automation & Data Quality – 20%

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and automated reporting solutions.
Use SQL and Python to extract, transform, validate, and analyze data.
Identify opportunities to reduce manual reporting and improve reporting efficiency through automation.
Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure reporting accuracy.
Maintain clear KPI definitions, reporting documentation, and analytical methodologies.

4. Business & Knowledge Support – 10%

Support ad-hoc analytical requests across Sales, Care & Support, and Lead Management.
Document key business processes, analytical methodologies, and reporting frameworks.
Support knowledge-sharing and knowledge-transfer activities across teams.
Provide analytical support for new market initiatives as required.
