For over 30 years, Greentec is a leader in IT asset disposition and e-waste recycling, committed to environmental sustainability and secure data destruction.

We are searching for a strategic and driven National Sales Manager to join our Sales team. You will lead, manage, and mentor a sales team to achieve company goals, develop and execute sales strategies, and ensure the team is motivated and performing effectively. This role will also have a Key Account Management responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Team Management: Lead individual and team performance, provide regular feedback, and implement strategies to improve sales results
Sales Strategy and Planning: Create and implement effective sales strategies that align with the company's overall business goals and objectives
Relationship Management: Develop deep trust with major public sector clients to ensure long-term loyalty and prevent turnover to competitors.
Strategic Growth: Expand existing relationships by proposing tailored solutions that meet client objectives and achieve revenue targets.
Communication Bridge: Serve as the vital link between key customers and internal Greentec teams, resolving issues and handling complaints with professional grace.
Sales Activity: Perform sales activities for new and renewal business, including custom presentations and on-site visits.
Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.

What You Bring

10 + years in a sales role, and
3+ years of team management experience
Experience in service and solution sales is highly desirable
A College or University degree (or equivalent experience)
Formal Sales Training
Exceptional skills in person, over the phone, and via email; comfortable presenting to C-suite executives.
Strong ability to direct customers, manage internal stakeholders, and negotiate mutually beneficial terms.
A focus on long-term value over short-term gains, with the ability to demonstrate financial and strategic value to the client.
