Job Title: Technical Support Representative-Call Center

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: In- person ( 67 Toll Rd, Holland Landing, On L9N 1H2-Canada)

Pay Rate: $26/hr.

Shift: Monday-Friday (9:00am-5:30pm)

Position Summary

We are seeking a Technical Support Representative-Call Center to provide expert technical support for Greenworks residential and commercial products. This role will troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and battery- related issues, assist dealers and customers with product with product and maintenance questions, and provide clear technical guidance and solutions.

The successful candidate will combine strong mechanical and electrical knowledge with excellent communication and problem solving skills. This position will also support technical training, remote product diagnostics, collaboration with Customer Service to ensure issues are resolve efficiently and customers receive exceptional support experience.

Essential Duties and responsibilities

Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical problems on commercial and residential Units.
Providing technical guidance and maintenance support to dealers.
Provide technical training in-person, digitally, or with written programs when necessary.
Effective time management with ability to prioritize workload demands.
Following all company procedures while representing Greenworks: code of conduct, safety practices, and policies.
Support Customer Service with Salesforce activated action items hourly/daily.
Responsible for understand, facilitating, and coordinating all efforts regarding the A3S/ Greenworks Fleet Connect (remote product support).
Will be required to perform any other duties necessary.

Required Education and Experience

Education from a college of Applied Science and Technology majoring in one of these fields Mechatronics, Electromechanical, Electronics, Electrical Engineering-Technician or Technologist or another similar field.
Work experience with electric/battery operating equipment and systems would be a plus.
Advanced mechanical and electronic knowledge.
Must be able to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
Experience and knowledge with AC and DC motors and their controllers.
Be proficient in the operation of various measuring tools, instruments and power tools. Including but not limited to multimeter, Megohm-meter, AC/DC power source.
Proven experience with troubleshooting equipment and systems identifying issues to determine the root cause.
Knowledge of CAN BUS and other communication protocols preferred.
Proficient communication skills ( verbal and written) with the ability to provide conflict resolution.
Proven track record on key performance indicators (KPI) driving results for the company, department, and personal success.
