Grenis Media is a mid-sized B2B digital marketing agency. Since our founding in 2017, the company has seen exponential growth year over year and has become recognized as an industry leader in B2B digital marketing. Grenis Media builds campaigns using the latest technology available and industry expertise to drive results in manufacturing, construction, agriculture and more b2b industries.

Your Role at Grenis Media:

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling the Company's media products and services, developing relationships with prospective and existing clients and achieving established sales targets. This position is well suited for an individual who is looking to take the next step in their career and develop their skills in media sales.

Account Executive Position Details:

Base salary: $50,000 with uncapped commission and monthly bonuses

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm EST

In-office role: 8000 Jane Street, Concord, Ontario L4K 5B8

Responsibilities:

Own the Full Sales Cycle: Manage outreach through to close, engaging directly with senior B2B decision-makers - C-suite executives, Marketing Directors, and agency leaders - to build a consistent pipeline of new business.
Hit the Numbers That Matter: Drive daily activity at a high level: 80 calls or approx. 1.5 hours of talk time, and new opportunities generated each day. We track what works and expect you to bring the energy to match.
Sell Consultatively: Go beyond the pitch. Understand each prospect's business challenges and recommend strategies backed by 9 years of proven success - earning trust through insight, not pressure.
Be the Expert in the Room: Serve as a knowledgeable resource throughout the sales process, clearly articulating value and solving real problems for prospective clients.
Bring the Energy: Join a fast-paced, high-performance team where collaboration, accountability, and winning together are part of the daily rhythm.

Qualifications and Experience:

B2B sales experience, business development or a similar sales-focused role.
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Previous experience in media, advertising, marketing or a related industry is an asset.
