ABOUT GRIDBANK

GridBank is a UGC (user-generated content) video marketplace. Creators post videos, and advertising agencies and brands subscribe to license that content for their organic social media strategy. We're a fast-moving, post-seed startup scaling our product and team quickly.

THE ROLE

As our UX/UI Designer, you'll create visually stunning and functional digital experiences for GridBank's platform. You start from the users, on both sides of the market, and design intuitive interfaces grounded in how they actually behave, not just what the roadmap says. You'll work closely with our Head of Product and engineering team to take concepts from flow to shipped product, in a fast-paced environment where your design decisions have direct, immediate impact.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Put the user first: own the end-to-end design process (user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile) starting from real user needs, not just stated requirements.
Rapidly produce mockups to communicate feature concepts and support fast decision-making.
Translate product requirements into clear, intuitive interfaces grounded in real user behaviour.
Maintain and evolve a cohesive design system and pattern library to ensure consistency across the platform.
Review design execution to make sure the shipped product meets the intended experience standard.
Work closely with the Head of Product and developers to ensure flawless implementation of your designs.

WHAT YOU BRING - REQUIRED

3-5 years of experience designing interfaces and creating visual content.
A strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design work.
Proficiency with Figma and modern design tools.
Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
Skill in creating impactful, brand-aligned designs for both digital platforms.
A genuine user-first mindset - you default to understanding the user's problem before jumping to a solution.
Autonomy and a decisive rhythm - you're comfortable moving quickly with limited oversight.

WHAT YOU BRING - NICE TO HAVE

Experience with Framer (web site) and ClickUp (Product Management).
Comfortable contributing to marketing efforts - branded digital assets, web graphics, and visual content.
Familiarity with the UGC / creator marketing and programmatic advertising landscape.
French language proficiency

Requirements
