Catering Support Associate Full Time

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Catering Support Associate to join our team.

The successful candidate will assist with the preparation, cooking, setup, presentation, and delivery of catering orders. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow established catering standards and timelines.

When catering volume is low, the associate will support general kitchen operations as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with catering preparation, basic cooking, and food assembly.

• Prepare sandwiches, wraps, platters, and other catering menu items.

• Follow catering guides, portion standards, and presentation requirements.

• Ensure catering orders are accurate, complete, and ready for delivery on time.

• Set up catering displays professionally and maintain attractive food presentation.

• Deliver and set up catering orders at designated locations.

• Provide friendly and professional customer service.

• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.

• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth catering operations.

• Support daily kitchen activities, including food preparation, cooking, service, and cleaning when catering demand is low.

Qualifications

• Basic cooking and food preparation skills.

• Experience preparing sandwiches, wraps, and catering platters is an asset.

• Strong attention to detail and food presentation.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to follow catering guides, instructions, and established procedures.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the kitchen team.

• Reliable, flexible, and able to adapt to changing priorities.

• Availability to start as early as 6:00 AM or finish as late as 7:30 PM, depending on operational requirements.
