General Help Part Time

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Tim Hortons Associates to join our team. As a Tim Hortons Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.

The hourly wage for this role is $18.55. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, sandwiches, baked goods, and other menu items according to Tim Hortons standards.
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and equipment.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and health & safety procedures.
• Restock products and supplies as needed.
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily operational tasks.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Support hospital and Compass Group service standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service or food service experience is considered an asset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow established procedures.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
