Job Summary:

We're looking for a Talent Coordinator to be the operational engine behind our Talent Acquisition team. This high-visibility, dynamic role is ideal for an organized professional who excels at managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will gain direct exposure to talent acquisition and HR operations in a growing global retail brand - supporting candidates and employees, from job posting and offer creation to work authorization and first-day onboarding.

Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition, you will serve as the go-to point of contact, ensuring recruitment runs efficiently, new hires receive seamless support, and the Talent team's operations function smoothly.

Main Responsibilities:

Post open roles across job boards and internal channels, keeping requisitions clean and up to date;
Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates, hiring managers, and panels;
Support sourcing and research to help build strong candidate pipelines;
Coordinate background checks, references, and SuccessFinder assessments;
Support compensation assessments as well as job wage and vacancy surveys;
Prepare offer letters and support internal transfers and consultant conversions;
Own the weekly New Hire Reminder email to guarantee a seamless transition for incoming employees on their first day;
Coordinate onboarding for new hires, setting employees up for long-term success from day one;
Maintain the Working Visa Tracker and keep Talent dashboards accurate and up to date;
Draft the weekly HRBP email update, keeping the broader HR team informed;
Support work permit and immigration processes for candidates and employees;
Maintain and organize records in our Document Manager system;
Process monthly expenses for the Talent team, executives, vendors, and recruitment events;
Coordinate travel logistics (flights, hotels, e-credit cards) with our travel partner;
Manage the Employee Referral Program, package shipments, GDI supplies, and design credit requests.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field;
1–2 years of experience in a recruitment, HR coordination, or administrative role;
Bilingualism (French and English) is required for daily communication with suppliers, employees, and stakeholders, both within and outside of Quebec;
Strong Microsoft Office and Google Suite skills; comfort with HRIS/ATS platforms is a plus;
A proven ability to manage competing priorities and strict deadlines while maintaining flawless accuracy;
Sharp organizational skills and attention to detail;
Demonstrated ability handling confidential information with discretion;
A collaborative, can-do attitude and genuine interest in people and recruitment.
