- Stay updated, and share expert level of product knowledge and styling tips covering everything from ways to wear, overall fit, fabric, and care instructions
- Exceed all corporate and personal goals and contribute to the store’s overall success with passion and integrity
- Grow a personal client list by consistently acquiring new customers while also inspiring and retaining existing loyal customer base
- Communicate regularly with personal client lists through phone, email, and social media regarding in-store events, merchandise requests, special offers, etc.
- Be supportive in satisfying all customer requests and collaborate with management team as necessary to ensure a seamless experience
- Work as a team to maintain a clean and well-organized store environment
- Provide support to the Store Operations team upon request, based on needs
- Exemplify the company’s vision, mission, and values
- Great style sense and are confident in fashion trends and outfit building
- Availability to work a flexible full-time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as per business needs
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a stylist or retail sales associate
- Prior experience in a target-based sales environment is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment that requires multitasking while maintaining a customer focus
- High school diploma
- Social media skills, knowledge of mobile devices, and computer skills
