Job Summary
The Marketing team is looking for an Integrated Marketing Specialist to be responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies across all channels to support key brand initiatives. In close collaboration with cross functional teams, you will lead content planning and ensure the successful execution of content on all digital channels including the website, mobile app, emails, SMS, and web and push notifications. You will also be responsible for adapting and optimizing content strategies based on reactive business needs, insights, and performance.
You will be involved in our ongoing transformation from a traditional brick & mortar retailer, to an omni-channel leader and tech-first fashion disruptor.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop omni-channel go-to-market and channel strategies that support the brand’s strategic initiatives including key launches, store initiatives, and promotions;
- Build the brand’s digital content calendar across all owned and paid digital channels;
- Lead monthly cross-functional editorial meetings to align on content objectives, collateral, and timelines;
- Create clear and concise content briefs (marketing, CRM, web), ensuring best practices are in place;
- Develop workback schedules and optimize existing production workflows to drive project efficiency in order to meet deadlines;
- Work closely with cross-functional partners in E-commerce, Merchandising and Creative to align weekly content cadence across owned, paid and earned channels, ensuring consistent, brand-aligned messaging across all media;
- Analyze product performance, customer behavior insights and CRM data to optimize content across all channels, deliver on financial plans, and continuously improve E-commerce metrics;
- Lead the planning and coordination of content projects that drive business growth, working closely with various partners to set alignment on delivery timelines and targets;
- Integrate all CRM projects such as A/B testing, personalization, loyalty, and acquisition and retention campaigns into the content calendar;
- Assist the Sr. Marketing Manager with planning, presentations and post-mortems for all seasonal campaigns and key product launches;
- Participate in cross-functional brainstorming sessions.
Qualifications
- University degree in Marketing or related field;
- 3-5 years of related work experience;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite;
- Experience with Google Analytics an asset;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills both in French and English;
- Well established business sense;
- Exceptional written communication skills;
- Excellent organizational and project management skills;
- Ability to prioritize, adapt and meet fast turnaround deadlines;
- Proven collaborative team player;
- Detail-oriented and analytical.
