Coordinate the purchasing of supplies for the Distribution Centre and for new store openings, ensuring needs are met on schedule;
Build and maintain strong working relationships with the Store Operations team to anticipate needs and ensure smooth execution of orders;
Monitor and follow orders from placement to delivery, reacting quickly to delays, shortages, or changes in priorities;
Maintain appropriate inventory levels of supplies, tracking usage and replenishing proactively to avoid shortages;
Lead or assist in one-off procurement projects as assigned by management.
