YOUR CHALLENGE

The person will be responsible for supporting the superintendent and project manager in the steps leading to the successful completion of the construction project. The candidate will be required to coordinate various tasks and must have good organizational and priority management skills.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage shop drawings with subcontractors and professionals
Manage QRTs in collaboration with the project team
Attend site meetings and manage applicable tasks in the project management platform
Create site contacts in the project management platform
Track the versions of plans and guidelines used on site (by subcontractors) and forward relevant documents to the relevant parties
Take relevant photos for the daily report
Participate in inspections before walls are closed and final inspections with the site team
Collaborate with the construction team to track deficiencies and follow up on deficiencies identified by professionals
Manage compliance and quality control forms
Track the concrete pour log in collaboration with the superintendent
Keep the printed MS Project schedule up to date
Document information related to potential claims (e.g., retroactive billing)
Assist the superintendent with applicable administrative tasks
Perform any other related duties as required by the position

La personne sera responsable d’appuyer le surintendant et le chargé de projets dans les étapes menant à la réussite du projet de construction. Le candidat aura à coordonner différentes tâches et devra avoir un bon sens de l’organisation ainsi que de la gestion des priorités.

VOTRE RÔLE ET VOS RESPONSABILITÉS

Effectuer la gestion des dessins d’atelier auprès des sous-traitants et des professionnels

Effectuer la gestion des QRT en collaboration avec l’équipe du projet

Assister aux réunions de chantier et faire la gestion des tâches applicables dans la plateforme de gestion de projet

Créer les contacts chantier dans la plateforme de gestion de projets

Faire le suivi des versions de plans et directives utilisés au chantier (par les sous-traitants) et transmettre les documents pertinents aux intervenants concernés

Prendre les photos pertinentes pour le rapport journalier

Participer aux inspections avant la fermeture des murs et inspections finales avec l’équipe chantier

Collaborer au suivi des déficiences avec l’équipe chantier et faire le suivi des déficiences des professionnels

Effectuer la gestion des formulaires d’attestation de conformités et contrôle qualité

Faire le suivi du registre des coulées de béton en collaboration avec le surintendant

Garder à jour l’échéancier MS Project imprimé

Documenter les informations en lien avec des réclamations potentielles (ex : rétro facturations)

Assister le surintendant dans les tâches administratives applicables
